Ted is looking for a special home!

Ted is a tattooed, ex-racing greyhound and now approaching 5 it is time for Teds to have his home comforts and to be someone's star. 

Ted is a strappingly handsome, big, strong, teddy bear. He really took on board everything he was taught at race school and is the dog for someone who would enjoy the challenge of safely showing him that he can live life at a slower pace. He would be best as an only dog and would need a secure garden with no small furries.

Update: Ted is now spending time at K9 interactions in Hertfordshire as he was finding life outside greyhound kennels hard.

He loves human attention and can't get enough fuss! He is quiet and calm in his kennel surroundings, and easy to handle within his world, but may need a home that wouldn't require him to leave his safe place - the ideal would be someone with a large secure garden that doesn't mind not taking him for walks, and rather spending time interacting with him in the safety of their own garden. He's more than happy being a big cuddly fish in a small pond - bless him!
