This lovely looking hound is Dee, with her shiny black coat and long white legs she certainly is eye-catching!

Dee is a sassy 6 year old greyhound who would be ideal for someone who may not have the ability to take a dog for walks everyday since all she needs is a biggish enclosed garden where she can run round till she is puffed out, once or twice a day. She likes to sleep the rest of the time and does not get stressed when left.

She is a modern girl and would be a great companion for someone with a sense of humour, as she pulls the most expressive faces especially when she thinks you are deliberately making it rain! She is addicted to playing ball and “roaching” on the sofa. Since she likes to be left in peace to sleep and is very stimulated by squeaks, we think she would be unsuitable for a home with young children. She cannot live with cats but is happily living with a male greyhound and has been to Erin Hounds’ events where she has behaved well with other dogs and been unfazed by the general hustle and bustle.

Dee loves life, but is not bouncy or noisy and having filled each day with joy, will be sadly missed by her fosterer, when she moves to her forever home.
